I have diverse and extensive experience in SME business from my roughly 25-year career. I have held a wide range of responsible positions in several companies, working as a production manager, CFO, and CEO. I have also experienced a company’s rapid growth from a startup phase to an industry market leader with a turnover of over €30 million, both as an owner and in a key-person role. The challenges that come with growth are very familiar to me.

For the past five years, I have worked on the growth, leadership, and strategy work of SMEs. I have clients across a range of industries, and with many of them I have collaborated for several years.
It’s important to me that I create added value and experiences of success for my clients during our coaching relationship. My coaching approach is practical and people-centered. Companies grow and develop when things are done with persistence and professionalism. Decisions and their implementation are what determine success.
Family is important to me, and I draw energy from it for my work. I’m an active and versatile sports enthusiast. Team sports and racquet sports in particular excite me.
