I have over 20 years of experience leading service businesses and companies’ operational activities, as well as building profitable growth. I have been involved in companies at various stages of growth, from the early stages all the way to international scaling, and have been responsible for both strategic direction and day-to-day execution.

I help companies improve profitability, streamline processes, sharpen their service promise, and develop leadership and customer experience as a whole. At the core of my expertise are management structures, cost-efficient processes, service concept development, and KPI metrics. I help companies develop their core team and achieve the best possible results.

I build clear everyday operating practices that support both individual and company growth as well as smooth collaboration, and I help companies strengthen the customer experience by developing service paths and operating models.

I have strong experience leading multinational teams and managing complex wholes. As a coach, I bring enthusiasm, clarity, courage, and practical structure to the work. I help people grow in their own roles, which in turn drives the company’s development forward.

Learning and development are a natural part of my everyday life. In my free time I exercise, train, and study new things. In recent years I have studied, among other things, service design, product development, and work and organizational psychology.
