My career has included many significant roles, such as teacher, school principal, and director of education and culture. I have also served as CEO of a social services company, as a partner in a forestry joint venture, and as a pedagogical expert in life-cycle construction projects. Board and management team work are also among my areas of special expertise. I have coached numerous work communities and leaders through various changes and development projects.

I’m a passionate developer and creator of new things. I’m happy to share my experience from demanding development projects and people leadership. Developing organizational leadership and shared leadership offer opportunities for growth and development. I believe that creating and developing an operating culture helps get the best out of a work community and increases well-being and job satisfaction.

I’m committed to always giving my all for the client’s benefit. I believe that succeeding and achieving success together are the most important things. In my free time, I’m an enthusiastic cook and enjoy forestry work, and I also run my own Christmas tree cultivation business. I’m always ready to help and share my expertise.
