I’m Johanna Koskela, a finance and business leader with over 17 years of experience in financial management across four very different industries: media production, the telecom operator sector, the finance sector, and the forest industry. I have worked both as CEO and in financial leadership roles, and the same analytical approach and decisiveness has carried through regardless of industry or systems.

I have experience with corporate restructuring: I have been involved in taking both company sales and acquisitions through to completion, launching international business operations in a new country, and renewing organizations amid growth. This background is especially valuable when a company is preparing for an ownership change or other ownership arrangement, since I know what different stakeholders need in that kind of situation.
