Mika Ervasti

I am a growth coach with an entrepreneurial background and about 20 years of experience in CEO roles. I have experienced the growth stages of an SME firsthand, on the front line, and seen what profitable growth actually requires in practice: clear choices, strong leadership, an understanding of finance, and the ability to turn decisions into everyday action.

I have worked as a growth coach for more than five years in long-term client relationships. In my work, I help entrepreneurs, management teams, key personnel, boards, and owners build sustainable growth, improve profitability, and develop the company into a better-managed, more valuable, and stronger whole.

I am inspired by the professional development of businesses and by growing owner value. My clients have specifically given feedback that I bring concrete, operational, and solution-focused support to challenging leadership situations. I don’t want to leave things as high-level talk — instead, I help turn strategy, growth targets, and decisions into practical action.

My strengths are in business expertise, management team and board work, holistic coaching-style leadership, and leading strategy work. I bring experience, strong substance, clarity, and positive energy to client relationships.

Team play is a central part of who I am – and often part of the success story too. I believe the best results come about when people are aligned behind a shared direction, clear responsibilities, and inspiring action. In my free time, I enjoy exercise, team sports, and outdoor hobbies.
